Return policy
At ICA Yerevan, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your book purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Used, damaged, or marked books cannot be returned unless they were received in that condition.
How to Return
Contact us at info@ica.am or visit our store in person to initiate a return.
Once your return is approved, you may bring or ship the item back to us.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged book or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
