Project Armenia

Reggie Voigtländer is a multidisciplinary working artist that chooses to work with a broad variety of media, related to interactions she seeks with the surrounding and activities she engages in. Interconnectivity and related social-political structures.

During her residency at the Institute for Contemporary Art in Yerevan, she will focus on identity, borders, power structures and geopolitical aspects in relation to (city) landscape, inviting artists, curators, musicians and critical writers of the Armenian art scene to engage with ‘Project Armenia’. The project will start during an interactive performance/presentation ‘Flags’ at ICA, followed by a one-week travel in interaction with the landscape and its people. In the last week, it will cumulate in a presentation.
