Public sphere in Armenia -a film by Davit Stepanyan

What are the perceptions of the public sector in modern Armenia, such as the public sphere in Soviet times, which are the primary issues facing the public sector, and where and how those decisions are regulating public life and who have the right to participate in that process? Art critic Nazareth Karoyan and art critic Vardan Azatyan are thinking about these issues. The film also presents a short-term visual chronology of the 20th century as well as the activities of public and civic initiatives aimed at re-understanding modern urban areas and resetting them from commercialization. the assertion of civic role, it’s testing, the importance of public self-knowledge and further development opportunities. In the film, combining all this, an attempt is made to promote the creation of new platforms for discussions.
